I received a inspection rejection sticker because of a couple of things issues with my (headlight was hazy and emergency brake was not functioning properly). I had read positive reviews about Williams Automotive, so I decided to bring the car to them for repair. I explained the issues to Jessica and she said they would try to clean the headlight (to hopefully save $$) and figure out the issue with the emergency brake. After assessing everything they determined I would need a new headlight after all, and new cable for the emergency brake. I appreciate how Jessica kept me informed on everything with frequent updates via text. Not only did they make the repairs for a reasonable amount they made sure my car was re-inspected after the repairs and received a “passing” sticker, so all I had to do was pick up the car afterwards. I appreciated the positive customer service atmosphere and the organized process. Thanks!
