I rarely write reviews, but wanted let others know what great service Williams Automotive provides. From the time you call on the phone to discuss your issue until the time you receive your car back, there is always a high level of professional, yet friendly service. I have been a customer for 10 years. I sought out a mechanic who was more personal than a dealer or tire mechanics. I have 3 automobiles that I have serviced here. I have referred family who bring their new and older model cars here, as well as a few friends. Always a call with an estimate, reasonable repair time and convenient pick up times.

When I bring a special project in for work we all get on the same page and make things happen. I bring in out of the ordinary problems that other shops have no interest in doing. Williams Automotive always are up for the challenge!

Jessica and Jeff know their stuff. Jessica keeps great records of my service history and has reassured me when I can put off maintenance vs when something needs to be done right away. I trust Jeff with my car because of his experience and knowledge.

Excellent service, staff was knowledgeable and courteous The pricing was fair and they did the work on time and got it back to me when promised This is always a problem for me at other shops I been to. They get your car,tear it apart, tell you they have to wait for parts ect ect ect then don't want to finish till you pay and hold your car hostage till their ready to finish
