Chris said he has been using this facility for years and he plans to go back. They are very good and very professional.

Jane said her overall experience was excellent. She has used them twice. They are very honest. Other facilities told her she needed struts, and it would cost $1700. This business told her, nothing was wrong with her struts and everything is fine with her vehicle. Their honesty is unbelievable. She has not been to a better business, and she raves about them.

Spoke with Francis. She said they have been there multiple times and there haven't been any problems. She also said Jeff is a good guy to work with.

Bill said the business took good care of his vehicle. They were very pleasant and the prices were more than fair. He dropped the vehicle for service that morning and didn't call to let them know his vehicle was there. Jeff saw it and by the end of the day, everything was taken care of, including the inspection and the oil change. He was very appreciative of the service.

WOW!!! A quick drop in for new windshield wipers. I was making an appointment & Jeff the owner said, no appointment necessary. He said the type you have are not here but I will have them within the hour. I did an errand & came back and new wipers were put on. I only go to Williams Automotive, inc for all my automotive repairs, etc. and my parents along with friends too! It is the best place & very professional, caring, reasonable and HONEST!!

Spoke with Kevin. He said another facility could not diagnose or fix the problem, but this business did. They provided professional and friendly service.
