Excellent service overall. Jess in the office is great, she handles calls with urgency and tells it like it is - honesty is the best and hard to find ! All the guys in the shop work quickly and efficiently. They get you in and out and you leave feeling comfortable and taken care of. Love that the family dogs are in the shop too - always so happy and friendly :)

This business is a hidden gem! They fixed an electrical issue with my 2002 Mustang which other shops either could not fix or were unwilling to work on due to my vehicle being too old. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the repair costs were. These folks take a great deal of pride in their craft and with their customer service communications.

Some of the most honest and trustworthy mechanics you will find in the business. They always do great work and explain everything thoroughly to you afterwards. They will never do work that is not necessary (they have saved me a few times when a different quote from another shop said more needed to be done) but the parts they use are always quality and effective. I cannot recommend the folks at williams automotive enough!
